Horizon Adult Day Health is a community-based program that helps participants continue to live as independently as possible by providing the best adult day care services. We strive to help people stay at their highest level of independence thus giving our participants an alternative to a nursing home placement. We offer a supportive, compassionate and caring environment committed to fulfilling the goals of the participant and family.

Those that would benefit from our adult day care services:

•  In need of sitting services in a home-like environment

•  Short term support after hospital stay

•  Physical limitations

•  Coping with chronic illness

•  Can no longer stay at home alone

Activities provided at Horizon Adult Day Health include and not limited to the following: Bingo, Arts and Crafts, Pet therapy, Bible study provided by different churches in the area, Low impact exercise program, Movie and popcorn, Trivia games, Puzzle group, Church social, Dominos, Gardening (small group), Men's coffee club, Fancy nails, Designs (small group), and Music and dancing.
